Appendix No. 1 to the Offer Agreement

Tariffs for Provision of Intermediary Services for Remote Purchase of Goods

1. Determination of Service Cost

1.1. The cost of services is determined as a percentage of the total price of all goods (the total cost of all goods if there are multiple).

1.2. The base rate is 8% of the total price of goods.

1.3. The order complexity coefficient (k) takes a value of 1 or 1.5 depending on the Contractor's internal rules and the complexity of order execution.

1.4. The order complexity coefficient (k) may take a value of 2 if fulfilling the order requires purchasing five or more item types from different stores.

1.5. The minimum commission is 1500.00 Russian rubles.

1.6. The conversion rate is set individually for each order based on the current exchange rate and method of money transfer.

1.7. The cost of services is calculated by the formula:

    Service cost = S * F * k,

    where:

S - total price of all goods,

    F - base rate (8%),

    k - order complexity coefficient.

Example of Service Cost Calculation

Suppose the total price of all goods (S) is 15000 rubles.

If the order complexity coefficient (k) is 1, then the service cost will be:

Service cost = 15000 * 0.08 * 1 = 1200 rubles, which is less than the minimum commission, so the service cost will be 1500 rubles.

If the order complexity coefficient (k) is 1.5, then the service cost will be:

Service cost = 15000 * 0.08 * 1.5 = 1800 rubles.

If the order complexity coefficient (k) is 2, then the service cost will be:

Service cost = 15000 * 0.08 * 2 = 2400 rubles.

2. Terms and Additional Information

2.1. The order complexity coefficient is determined by the Contractor's internal rules and may vary depending on various factors such as the type of goods, delivery country, purchase specifics, and others.

2.2. The Contractor reserves the right to change the service tariffs at its discretion with notification to the Customer.
